I use Gold Mountain some years ago to clean my duct. As they began to offer additional services, i switched some of my other services over to them as well. Air scrubber, maintinence ect. Local folks, family business, top quality service, highly trained.Glad to have found them!

Tim and his team were timely and thorough. I had scheduled for dryer vent cleaning and two young men showed up on time and completed the job. In addition, Tim was able to fit us in for hvac and tankless water heater maintenance. Everyone explained the process and finished the jobs professionally. I will definitely call them for future services!

Wonderful experience with Tim and his teamAt Gold Mountain Air. We had air conditioning added to our existing HVAC system and replaced our 20 year old furnace at the same time. Pricing and time line were straight forward and on schedule. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone upgrading their HVAC system!

Our heater suddenly started making a loud whooshing and rattling sound. We called two companies for repair estimates, and Gold Mountain came promptly to investigate and had the lower bid. Tim and Mason both worked diligently to fix the problem although they had to deal with supplier problems, a part arrived broken, and other glitches thrown at them. They showed up consistently and worked until it was fixed and stuck to the bid even though the scope of the project kept changing. We could not be more pleased.

Tim was kind and thorough. Our tankless water heater stopped working abruptly and he made it out quickly and worked to resolve the issue. When it was clear a piece needed to be replaced he drove out early in the morning to get the piece since having the piece delivered would leave us without hot water for a few days. Thank you, Tim!

A 5 STAR Experience from the original contact for an estimate to the completion of a new heating system. Tim also found a degeneratingpipe to the gas fireplace that 2 others did not address. He and his crew worked fast and clean, on time and at a fair cost. We are going back to Gold Mountain Air for our A/C install in 2-3 months and recommend them highly for new work and maintenance as well.

I just now had my dryer vent replaced and they did a great job! Tim, the owner, is both friendly and professional. The workers were on time, courteous, and very thorough. Would most definitely use this company again.

12/1/21 Edit - There was a small issue with the install that needed to be addressed. Tim came out at the end of his day to assess the issue and was back the next week to fix. Continued great service. Original post - We had Gold Mountain Air install a new Heat Pump and replace an 18 year old propane furnace and water heater. Tim was quick to respond to questions and excellent at explaining heat pumps (we had never had one!) Tim, Mason, and Noah were professional, on time, and completed the job in the time expected. I'd recommend Gold Mountain Air to anyone in need of a heat pump, furnace, water heater or maintenance.

I was connected with Tim @ Gold Mountain Air through a good friend at Vylla real estate in Port Orchard. Gold Mountain was highly recommended, and is the company they use for business and home. Being that we had bought our home about 8 months ago, we really wanted to make sure everything was in good working condition before fall and winter had a grip on temps. Tim came out to Allyn and serviced our system, checked out the entire heating and AC unit. He cleaned, adjusted my fan blades on heat pump to be more efficient... He said everything looked good. And there was no pressure to buy or replace parts that don't need replaced ( like other companies) It was an All around great experience. And now I highly recommend them.

Outstanding and well run company! Even with all the challenges presented by supply chain problems on a national level, Tim and his team came through and installed our furnace and A/C when they said they would, gave us time frame expectations and followed up spectacularly. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tim and his crew. I called in a bit of a panic when our dryer stopped functioning because of a blocked duct error. Tim got us on the schedule the next day! His crew (his son and another employee) called before they arrived, were right on schedule, wearing masks and friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, provided a recommendation and price and got to work. He not only resolved the problem, but made the dryer duct system better- resolving an issue that existed prior to us moving in. We will definitely use Gold Mountain in the near future for a full house duct cleaning.

Great service with a local mom and pop business. My favorite business to support. They listened to my concerns and delivered incredible product, and cleaned up after them selves. I was thinking about going with Costco for a heat pump, but talk to Tim for a second bid. He addressed my concerns with my ventalation, and advised me on a heat pump that fit in my manufactured home. I am very happy with the product and savings on my ultility bills. And built a nice pad for the outside unit. And the price was reasonable. Bonus, My dog liked Tim and his crew. In fact Tim was his favorite. I trust my dog's intuition on people. He always picks the honest, trustworthy souls.

Tim was able to help me after almost two years of living with a noisy problem and 3 other service calls by another company. My husband and I are very happy we used this company to install our AC unit. The owner is friendly and professional and we are very excited to have our AC unit now! They are a local business and family owned and ran which I really appreciate because we love supporting local businesses. They also give a military discount which is nice! I just the team at Gold Mountain Air do a furnace replacement in my house. Tim was very responsive in getting me a proposal with a couple of hours and didn't pressure me into the higher option. He explained the benefits of both options and the choice was mine. His team did the replacement in 4 hours. They were all very knowledgeable and respectful. I'd recommend if you need a new furnace or even a replacement, they are the right choice.

Don't hesitate...just book this company now. Seriously!As a Realtor for almost 15 years, I've worked with a number of companies in all sorts of industries. I truly believe that this may be the best company in any industry that I've worked with.This father/son team is experienced enough to solve almost any problem yet small enough to care about your personal well being. They were quick, affordable, and did quality work. They seemed to care more about getting our heat back up than making a quick buck - unlike the other companies that we called.We've used a larger company before on the peninsula and they were fine...but for this issue I called several companies. From the very start Gold Mountain stood out.For those who it matters during Covid: They were fully masked while on our property whether inside or outside. They were also very respecful of distance. Finally, they were very careful to put shoe covers on each time they entered our home - helping us maintain a clean home even though they went inside and out to complete the job!We have a few more jobs coming up in the next 12 months and Gold Mountain will be our first call every time. They should be yours too!

This father - son business was great. We bought an old house and we're afraid to turn the furnace on with no idea what was in the ducts. Good thing we didn't! Furnace and ducts were filthy. They pulled an entire set of Legos and a dead mouse out. They cleaned the furnace to almost new looking and sanitized the ducts. They didn't have our furnace filter on hand, so the next day, they drove all the way to Tahuya to give us 2 filters.

Tim, the owner, was easy to communicate with over email. He was quick to respond and scheduling was easy. Mason and Noah came out to complete the service earlier than originally scheduled to clean my Dryer Vent. Tim can out as well and indicated the lint might be a record high! Even thought it took a long time to get out the previous owners lint, it was still the same price! Overall very satisfied with the work and communication with the company.

Excellent service - on time, reasonably priced, professional, top-notch equipment, courteous, veteran-owned - in short, exceeded all my demanding expectations in every way!!!
