Our heater suddenly started making a loud whooshing and rattling sound. We called two companies for repair estimates, and Gold Mountain came promptly to investigate and had the lower bid. Tim and Mason both worked diligently to fix the problem although they had to deal with supplier problems, a part arrived broken, and other glitches thrown at them. They showed up consistently and worked until it was fixed and stuck to the bid even though the scope of the project kept changing. We could not be more pleased.

Tim was kind and thorough. Our tankless water heater stopped working abruptly and he made it out quickly and worked to resolve the issue. When it was clear a piece needed to be replaced he drove out early in the morning to get the piece since having the piece delivered would leave us without hot water for a few days. Thank you, Tim!

A 5 STAR Experience from the original contact for an estimate to the completion of a new heating system. Tim also found a degeneratingpipe to the gas fireplace that 2 others did not address. He and his crew worked fast and clean, on time and at a fair cost. We are going back to Gold Mountain Air for our A/C install in 2-3 months and recommend them highly for new work and maintenance as well.

Tim was quick to respond to questions and excellent at explaining heat pumps (we had never had one!) Tim, Mason, and Noah were professional, on time, and completed the job in the time expected. I'd recommend Gold Mountain Air to anyone in need of a heat pump, furnace, water heater or maintenance.

I was connected with Tim @ Gold Mountain Air through a good friend at Vylla real estate in Port Orchard. Gold Mountain was highly recommended, and is the company they use for business and home. Being that we had bought our home about 8 months ago, we really wanted to make sure everything was in good working condition before fall and winter had a grip on temps. Tim came out to Allyn and serviced our system, checked out the entire heating and AC unit. He cleaned, adjusted my fan blades on heat pump to be more efficient... He said everything looked good. And there was no pressure to buy or replace parts that don't need replaced ( like other companies) It was an All around great experience. And now I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tim and his crew. I called in a bit of a panic when our dryer stopped functioning because of a blocked duct error. Tim got us on the schedule the next day! His crew (his son and another employee) called before they arrived, were right on schedule, wearing masks and friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, provided a recommendation and price and got to work. He not only resolved the problem, but made the dryer duct system better- resolving an issue that existed prior to us moving in. Great service with a local mom and pop business. My favorite business to support. They listened to my concerns and delivered incredible product, and cleaned up after them selves. I was thinking about going with Costco for a heat pump, but talk to Tim for a second bid. He addressed my concerns with my ventalation, and advised me on a heat pump that fit in my manufactured home. I am very happy with the product and savings on my ultility bills. And built a nice pad for the outside unit. And the price was reasonable. Bonus, My dog liked Tim and his crew. In fact Tim was his favorite. I trust my dog's intuition on people. He always picks the honest, trustworthy souls.

This father - son business was great. We bought an old house and we're afraid to turn the furnace on with no idea what was in the ducts. Good thing we didn't! Furnace and ducts were filthy. They pulled an entire set of Legos and a dead mouse out. They cleaned the furnace to almost new looking and sanitized the ducts. They didn't have our furnace filter on hand, so the next day, they drove all the way to Tahuya to give us 2 filters.

Mason and Noah came out to complete the service earlier than originally scheduled to clean my Dryer Vent. Tim can out as well and indicated the lint might be a record high!
